At iPetor, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can cancel or return it in accordance with the following principles.


Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges without consent.


CANCELLATION & REFUND


1. Cancel Unshipped Orders


Cancellation or modification requests for an order can be made if it has not been shipped yet. If the order is cancelled successfully, you will get a refund, but depending on the processing status of your order, you may be charged a certain handling fee. If the item to be cancelled has not been sent to our warehouse for delivery, a 5% handling fee will be charged when refunding. If the request is made after the item is sent to the warehouse, a 10% handling fee will be deducted. Therefore, please contact us at service@ipetor.com as soon as possible. For quick processing, please provide your order number in the email. Thanks!


2. Cancel Shipped-out Orders


Cancellation and refund requests are not accepted when the order has been shipped or is already on the way to the destination, unless you can return the package to us (you're responsible for the return shipping costs). After receiving the returned package, we will process the refund immediately. No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


*Orders for low-priced promotional items (mainly free gifts) can be cancelled before shipment, and we will refund you in accordance with the process to deduct handling fees. However, we do not accept refund requests after shipment.


RETURNS PROCESSING LIMITATION


If you have any after-sales issues, please contact us directly for a solution according to your case. We will confirm whether you need to return the item and to which address you may return it.


The following section describes the processing time required upon receiving your returned item.


For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your item back and depending on stock availability.


For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After we process your refund, the time it takes to show in your account depends on the payment method.


Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error.


For repair, the duration depends on the item and the manufacturer's spare parts inventory.


WARRANTY EXEMPTIONS AND NOTES


Degradation of natural products due to wear and tear and breakage/damage during use are completely the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by our warranty.


If you have damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, you are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.

HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY (RETURN, REPAIR, AND REFUND) AND NOTES


Returns (if applicable)


We accept the return of products by mail. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). However, the previously paid shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.


Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@ipetor.com.


NOTE: Please contact us at service@ipetor.com to get the return address. Refunds for the returned items will be processed in 1-3 business days after we receive your package. During high-peak seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds.
